👉 2. Cenabast consolidates all product forescast from all public institutions into 1 single bidding auction per product.
👉 3. Each product auction is awarded to a single Vendor/Seller (eg: Merck Laboratory).
👉 4. During the year, Cenabast schedules and control the Programmed delivery from each Vendor to each public institution.
